I’ve observed that Filipinas tend to be more concern about their eyebrows and their under eye area. I’ve been often asked what’s a good and affordable under eye concealer and eyebrow pencils. These two products are also something you can take with you in your makeup kit, in case you would need to touch up before those after-work get-togethers.
Recently, I’ve found some good products that you may want to give a try.
First off, concealers from Collection Cosmetics..

I got both shades to try them out. I suggest using the shade Fair (pinkish) on the under eye area when you have been working late at night and haven’t had some decent sleep. This can help hide that. Just make sure to top it off with foundation and some powder.
Meanwhile, the shade Medium (yellow-tone) is great for fair-skinned. It can also be used by Morenas to brighten their under eyes.
Great thing about these concealers is they don’t crease and for a liquid-type concealer, they are quite thick. It is the “ultimate wear concealer conceals flaws, imperfections and blemishes for up to 16 hours.” It also promises to be transfer proof and water resistant. The applicator is also very helpful when you are on a hurry. The size perfectly fits any makeup kit too!
I only wish there are more shades to choose from. For two shades, it is quite limited especially for our Morena friends.
I have been looking for affordable alternative ever since. I’ve never really paid much attention to the brand IN2IT. I can’t remember the last time I bought something from this brand. I’m not expecting much when I tested their eyebrow liner, but I was in for a surprise.

The great thing about these two are they have a hard formula. The Bevel tip type reminds me a lot of an eyebrow liner I used to buy from Elianto. It has a great shape that can help create great-looking brows. Meanwhile, the fine tip one is great for getting those areas with sparse hair growth.
I’ve used both liners already so the tips are no longer in perfect shape. On the other hand, the shade Dark Brown is perfect with darker hair colors while the Chestnut shade will do well with lighter brown hairs.
The waterproof formula are great for the Metro Manila heat as well. Just don’t forget to blend the liners when you use them on your eyebrows to create a more natural look.
